Role Summary
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work across both frontend and backend components, contributing directly to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality digital products. You’ll create efficient, secure, and scalable services while also building user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks. Your work will involve implementing and consuming APIs, integrating third-party systems, and collaborating with databases—both SQL and NoSQL—ensuring smooth and reliable data flows.
You will collaborate closely with architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and other engineers. Together, you’ll make decisions around tools, integrations, and technical approaches that support the evolution of our platform. You’ll also play an active role in our agile processes, participating in sprint ceremonies, providing effort estimations, and helping to prioritize improvements in alignment with business needs.
A key part of the role will be contributing to the validation and testing of both functional and technical requirements. You will help define testing criteria, ensure proper documentation, and support the QA team in maintaining performance, security, and coding standards across the stack.
Finally, you will continuously look for ways to improve our architecture, processes, and technical landscape. Your insights and recommendations for new tools or technologies will help us evolve and deliver better experiences for our users.
