We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role is critical in driving financial insights, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will bilingual (English/Spanish), have strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders. 

Hybrid model. Lima, Perú.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Keep up to date information infrastructure and provide refreshed information to different  stakeholders. 

  • Update financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and sales commissions.  

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and performance tracking against KPIs. 

  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks. 

  • Support senior management in preparing updated SG&A information so cost center owners can manage their spending according to budget.  

  • Lead the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems. 

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate financial guidelines and regulatory requirements. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.  

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or a similar role. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred. 

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities; capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. 

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
