We are currently looking for a Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager to join our Operations team.

I. Position Responsibilities

1. Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate endtoend onboarding projects for enterprise merchants, ensuring smooth, timely, and highquality implementations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear, collaborative, and solutionoriented communication.
  • Define project scope, manage detailed project plans and milestones, and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce and relevant systems.
  • Facilitate regular client and stakeholder meetings to track progress, address issues early, and promote a positive onboarding experience.
  • Oversee launch readiness and support postgolive stabilization activities to ensure seamless transitions to full operation.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product, Development, Operations) to manage risks, unblock dependencies, and drive successful outcomes.

2. Additional Responsibilities

Perform additional tasks aligned with the role’s scope as assigned by the direct manager or company leadership, always with a focus on collaboration, learning, and continuous growth.

III. Collaboration & Reporting Structure

1. Reporting Lines

  • The employee reports directly to the department manager or relevant leader, as defined in the company’s organizational structure.

2. Working Relationships

  • Actively collaborate with the line manager, team members, cross-functional departments, and project stakeholders.
  • Communicate and coordinate respectfully and effectively with colleagues and external partners as required by the role.

3. Reporting & Communication

  • Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and achievements to the manager and/or project lead.
  • Engage in open, solution‑driven communication to support transparency and shared accountability.

 

IV. Requirements for the Role

1. Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant training or certifications are a plus.

2. Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a related role. Experience in fintech, banking, or e‑commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

3. Technical Skills

  • Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows, MS Office, email tools, and web applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

4. Language Skills

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

5. Core Competencies & Strengths

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and work with complex information.
