To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Product Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Paysafe LATAM, from conceptualization to go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and drive product strategy and vision for LATAM, identifying opportunities to enhance the product portfolio and create a competitive advantage
• Define and prioritize the roadmap for new products and functionalities, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives
• Oversee market expansion efforts by launching Paysafe solutions in new LATAM markets, including regulatory and operational readiness
• Act as a key decision-maker in evaluating business opportunities, including partnerships, integrations, and market expansion strategies
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, compliance, and marketing, to deliver high-impact products
• Influence executive stakeholders by presenting clear business cases, product strategies, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products to refine the product roadmap and drive innovation

Requirements/Skills:

• Business or technical degree
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to Payments, FinTech, or related industries.
• Project management skills
• Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and complex product launches across
• Ability to work with C-suite stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level
• Able to discuss with project managers from Tech, Financial companies, and analyze business opportunities
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to push forward projects
• Commercial profile / Negotiation (pricing)
• Legal analysis (contractual and legal terms)
• Documentation skills to generate functional requirements
• Efficiency-driven and results-oriented, eager to work in a challenging and fast-paced work environment
• Advanced English skills required
