Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office + 2 days remote.
We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team!
What will you do in this role?
- Handle and manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Accurately log and categorize cases to ensure proper tracking.
- Follow up on each case until full resolution.
- Efficiently monitor payment control tools.
- Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver an empathetic, efficient, and high-quality service experience.
What are we looking for?
Education:
- Graduate of technical or university programs in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Desired knowledge:
- Customer service management, complaint handling, and consumer protection regulations.
Tools:
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or related roles.
Nice to have:
- Experience in industries such as banking, finance, retail, eCommerce, or payments.
Availability:
- Available to work in a hybrid model and on rotating shifts.
Additional requirements:
- Fluent English is required, as you will be working in an international environment.
