The Business Operations Lead will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operational processes for account setup and maintenance related to business client onboarding. The business operations lead acts as a liaison between Operations and other areas of the organization to develop recommendations and changes to enhance the organization’s overall efficiencies and impact to standard processes. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of the product, and the ability to supervise an outsourced team effectively. This role will also provide training to employees on what these new procedures are and how to follow them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of business client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes for account setup and maintenance.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
  • Supervise, oversee task distribution and provide guidance to an outsourced team in another country, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact between agents and senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Mentor and train new joiners on operational processes, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business operations, client onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of product management and operational processes.
  • Experience supervising and managing outsourced teams.
  • English fluent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
