Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and development of relationships with key Payment partners, including PSPs, banks, aggregators, and local or alternative payment method providers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help execute the Paysafe partnership strategy and ensure partner initiatives align with growth and performance goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day partner communications, helping to resolve operational issues and support ongoing collaboration.
  • Assist in commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in coordination with senior team members.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support documentation, approval, and regulatory processes.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assist in new integrations, enhancements to existing connections, and the launch of new payment methods.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights on partner performance, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Stay informed on trends in the Latam payments ecosystem, sharing relevant updates with the broader team.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Solid understanding of the Latam payments landscape, including PSPs, banks, aggregators, and local or alternative payment methods.
  • 2–4 years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, preferably supporting commercial or operational partnerships.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting contract or commercial processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently under moderate guidance and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings or internal workshops.
