Paysafe is looking for a Supervisor, Onboarding and Deployment to join our team to drive growth within our SMB vertical. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a blend of 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week.
Position Overview
The Supervisor of Onboarding and Deployment is responsible for managing the team that handles merchant onboarding for all Sales Channels within North America SMB. They are responsible for employee performance, production, queue management, schedules, work quality, managing time and attendance and coaching. This person is also responsible for supporting the cultivation of an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes respect, inclusion, and feedback while promoting quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating workflow & adjusting team staffing as needed to optimize team & shift performance.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for team members in a timely & professional manner
- Ensure adequate queue coverage
- Track and report on team member productivity, ensuring team members hit their daily targets
- Communicate, correct, and coach to resolve any productivity concerns or issues that arise
- Report KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to direct manager on a weekly basis
- Other duties as assigned by their manager
Position Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of related client onboarding and equipment deployment operational experience
- High School Diploma
- Background in the payments industry or a similar sector, highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in effective communication, strategic negotiation, and cultivating strong relationships.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to present ideas and develop processes and procedures
