Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior, hands-on project leader to drive a global HRIS and payroll implementation across multiple countries. This is a high-impact role requiring expertise in enterprise transformation, operating model design, and program governance. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver a seamless implementation that supports our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery: planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization.
• Establish strong governance: cadence, decision forums, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Manage multiple workstreams: HRIS configuration, global payroll readiness, integrations, data migration, security, and change management.
• Partner with global HR and Payroll leaders to align processes and manage country-specific needs.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure accountability and milestone delivery.
• Drive data readiness and quality through validation, testing, and cutover activities.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Enable adoption through structured change management, documentation, and training.

Required Experience

• Proven success leading large-scale, global implementations.
• Strong background in PMO leadership, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• Highly analytical with expertise in data-driven reporting and dashboards.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of global operations, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Track record of driving adoption and change management.
