We are looking for an experienced Risk Investigator to join our team.  This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a hybrid work environment where you will have 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week.
 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and result oriented Senior Manager to lead our Client Delivery team, including technical integration support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery and integration of our fintech solutions to business clients, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a deep understanding of payments, software, use cases, architectures, workflow and ecosystem. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage the Client Delivery team providing technical integration support to business clients.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that fosters autonomy, promoting motivation, ownership and accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve technical support services.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.

 
Client Delivery:

  • Ownership of Client Delivery function as part of onboarding business clients to use Paysafe products
  • Maintain team consisting of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in providing expert guidance to clients
  • Oversee the technical integration of fintech solutions with clients' existing systems, and monitor and report on the performance of technical support activities.
  • Ensure integration projects are completed on time, within scope and providing excellent experience to our clients.
  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on project status, client satisfaction, and team performance.

 
Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
  • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experience and deliver faster onboarding to our clients.

 

Qualifications:

 

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years management of technical customer facing resources
  • People leadership experience leading high performing client delivery/operational teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Software Engineering role
  • FinTech Product or business experience, in addition to a technical background
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for making customers successful
  • Clear and personable communicator of technical concepts, both verbally and in writing, to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
  • Previous technical sales experience with APIs (HTTP/REST), distributed systems, databases, and/or developer tools
  • Strong management skills for planning and executing complex cross-functional projects
  • Ability to operate and execute in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
