Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Trainer is dedicated to driving enablement initiatives for the SMB channel, with a strong emphasis on supporting large-scale agent recruitment and onboarding. This role works across the Global Sales organization, partnering with Sales Leadership to simplify processes, deliver innovative training solutions, and accelerate growth across all verticals. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training programs that equip agents and internal teams with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position requires a proactive trainer who is confident in public speaking, adept at leveraging modern enablement technologies, and passionate about creating scalable learning experiences.
This hybrid position is based in our Jacksonville, FL office and requires three days per week on-site.
Responsibilities & Duties
SMB Channel Focus
- Develop and execute training programs specifically tailored for SMB sales strategies and agent recruitment.
- Create onboarding frameworks for large volumes of new agents, ensuring rapid ramp-up and consistent performance.
Training Development
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and HR to design comprehensive training plans, including materials, tutorials, and digital learning resources.
- Research and recommend platforms for delivering scalable training content.
Content & Delivery
- Access and curate content across Paysafe to support sales enablement initiatives.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for agents and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Track training effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics.
Program Management
- Maintain a centralized repository of training materials.
- Coordinate enrollment, schedules, and logistics for training programs.
Other Duties
- Partner with external vendors for instructional technology when needed.
- Support additional enablement projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or education or a related field such as Business or Communication, required or experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position, required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the payments industry, preferred
- Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.
- Experience designing training curriculum, strategies, and initiatives.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speaker.
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead when needed.
