Position Summary
Paysafe is currently recruiting for a dynamic, flexible, and enthusiastic candidate to join our Global Sales Enablement team who will be a key enabler to the success of all Global Sales and Account Management teams; providing training and optimizing and streamlining the E2E Sales process.
This position will work across the Global Sales organization and support Sales leadership as we simplify our business, deliver innovative products and accelerate growth across all our verticals.
The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and collaborating with our Product, Operations and HR organization in creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker who is up to date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with teams across Paysafe to access content to support sales enablement
- Develops a schedule to assess training needs
- Conducts employee surveys and interviews
- Consults with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Tracks and compiles collected data
- Conceptualizes training materials based on data and research
- Communicates training needs and online resources
- Creates training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Contacts and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
- Tests and reviews created materials
- Maintains a database of all training materials
- Instructs employee training and onboarding
- Conducts training through new materials
- Reviews employee performance and learning
- Coordinates and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Good understanding of the Payment industry min 2 yrs experience would be preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred
- Certification from talent and training associations a plus
- Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
- Experience designing training curriculum, strategies, and initiatives
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
