Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Commercial Specialist to support our global sales organization with strategic planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with our sales, BI and finance teams and the wider sales enablement team to identify and address gaps in our sales funnel, pipeline, and performance and support our forecasting and budget process. You will be the team expert supporting forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis. You will create and maintain reports, dashboards and presentations that provide commercial insight.
You will be a key player in supporting the success of Paysafe’s Global Revenue and Account Management teams. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a flexible hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remote during the work week.
This position will work across the Global Revenue department and support sales leadership as we simplify our business, deliver innovative products and accelerate growth across all our verticals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and recommendations on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting
- Partner with sales leaders and finance partners to align on sales goals, targets, and incentives
- Conduct sales planning and budgeting, including quota setting, headcount allocation, and territory design
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable feedback to sales teams
- Collect, clean, and validate sales data from various sources, such as Salesforce and Snowflake
- Work with the data and finance teams to drive automation and accuracy across our data set, increasing the power of our data
- Build, validate, and maintain MI reports to fulfill standard and ad-hoc requests from our Global Sales leadership, which include executive management, sales management, the sales force, Marketing and Finance
- Support and enhance the Sales commission schemes, ensuring vigour and accuracy is embedded within the process
- Stay updated on sales best practices, industry trends, and market research
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales finance, sales operations, or sales enablement
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and similar data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Achieve a solid understanding of Paysafe’s business as well as great knowledge of the Company’s payment processing solutions, systems, services, and products
- Understand the Company’s data structure
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment
