We are seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst in our Jacksonville, Florida office. This position offers a hybrid work environment with a blend of 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week.
Position overview:
The Sales Enablement Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing sales performance by delivering accurate, high-quality analysis and executive-level reporting. Operating within the Sales Effectiveness team, this individual is responsible for producing Board-level sales performance reports and translating complex data into actionable insights. The role works closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive better decision-making and execution across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage high-impact sales performance reports, including Board-level reporting.
- Analyze complex sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions. Deliver concise, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders across Sales and Commercial leadership.
- Build and present executive-level materials using PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual quality. Maintain and manipulate detailed datasets using Excel and/or Google Sheets with high precision
- Leverage Salesforce and PowerBi to extract, validate, and interpret performance data across sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, working closely with the global sales and sales leadership teams.
- Support the budget and forecasting process for Sales.
- Ensure all outputs meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and detail.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or experience in lieu of degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in analytics or related sales support role.
- Proven experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, or commercial analytics role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and PowerBi, including reporting and data extraction.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with Snowflake is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
Working Environment
- Hybrid role: a minimum of 3 days per week required in the Jacksonville office.
