You will work closely with Sales from the early stages of the relationship (first transaction, or in some cases earlier) to ensure a seamless transition from commercial close to ongoing relationship management. You will proactively monitor performance and service health, identify risks, manage escalations, and help partners successfully navigate Paysafe products and processors across their sub-merchant base.
Success in this role requires strong ownership, structured communication, and the ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments while balancing commercial growth with a strong service mindset.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and C-level decision-makers, to strengthen long-term partnerships
- Drive platform growth by identifying opportunities to expand product usage, enter new geographies, and scale sub-merchant adoption
- Monitor performance across key metrics including processing volumes, revenue trends, activation rates, operational health, and retention indicators
- Proactively identify and manage risks such as performance decline, operational issues, regulatory concerns, or partner dissatisfaction
- Lead structured Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews focused on performance, priorities, and long-term partnership growth
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Risk/Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
- Maintain clear and accurate account plans, activity tracking, and documentation within CRM systems
- Stay informed on payments industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to provide insights and recommendations
- Represent Paysafe in client meetings, industry forums, and events to strengthen relationships and market presence
- Support internal teams with escalations and partner requests to ensure a seamless experience across the platform lifecycle
