Summary
The Project Manager will be joining the Finance Enterprise Delivery team at Paysafe that is responsible for delivering a significant multiyear finance transformation portfolio. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Identify all project stakeholders to ensure the project(s) has all the necessary involvement at the appropriate levels of the business.
- Develop a comprehensive delivery plan outlining key milestones and timelines for the project
- Work with SME’s to develop project schedules, identifying activities, estimating resources and corresponding timelines.
- Work with SME’s to estimate project costs and presenting business cases to appropriate governance committee’s for approval.
- Manage the delivery of the project(s) in every aspect, overseeing quality, RAID management and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage all project communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the escalation / resolution point for the project
- Manage change management ensuring new requirements are correctly analysed and validated.
- Continuously looking at ways to improve delivery throughout project lifecycle
- Control project costs, with focus on CAPEX and OPEX splits.
- Drive collaboration between various functional teams across the business in order that key milestones are adhered too
- Help drive the finance roadmap with interaction with key stakeholders and non-finance teams.
- Participate and where necessary run Steering Committees and Project meetings up to C-Suite Level.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation projects, ideally involving ERP implementations or migrations.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes including Chart of Accounts, GL mapping, reconciliations, period close and controls.
- Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle preferred) translating finance requirements into system/process changes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong financial management capability including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing change and adoption of new processes/systems.
- Spanish language proficiency (desirable but not essential).
