Overview

To help fuel accelerated growth, we’re looking for a high-energy, creative, and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our team based out of our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters on a hybrid work schedule. This individual will play a critical role in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and creative execution, working closely with our Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams to commercialize new offerings and update existing products and services through our sales channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative skill set, a marketing and design mindset, and a passion for crafting compelling product stories that drive engagement and adoption. This person will be a dynamic individual, quick learner and be able to absorb industry and product knowledge rapidly to make immediate contributions to the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure that new products are brought to market efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify competitive positioning and differentiation versus the market and for each of our core personas, and create customer-focused narratives that highlight product value.
  • Work in close collaboration with sales enablement and marketing to develop product-focused messaging and creative assets (sell sheets, videos, presentations, pitch decks, digital content) that resonate with target audiences.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products to each impacted Revenue team and develop sales enablement tools that support the selling process.
  • Execute and manage the design and production of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools.
  • Drive internal and external marketing efforts, ensuring product updates are effectively communicated across teams and customer-facing channels.
  • Support sales enablement efforts, equipping teams with product collateral, training materials, and value-driven sales pitches.
  • Analyze product performance in the market and optimize messaging and creative execution based on insights.
  • Partner with the respective Product Management teams on the commercialization planning to ensure we’re market ready well in advance of the anticipated go-live and anticipate any gaps.
  • Identify and solve the challenges that our customers face; be the expert on your competition and how to win.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (business, marketing, etc.) or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in lieu of degree, required.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in role with similar responsibilities, required.
  • Strong creative design skills, preferably Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience in Payments’ industry, preferred.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment; contributes to overall business objectives while promoting a positive attitude and displaying a sense of teamwork.
  • Professionalism in both routine and highly charged environments; adapt accordingly depending on situation and audience.
  • Organized, able to work autonomously, solutions-oriented, decision-maker, and excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
