People Enablement Project Lead

We are seeking a results-oriented People Enablement Project Lead to join our People Enablement team and play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, managing projects, and leveraging data to enhance our people practices. Reporting directly to the SVP Global People Enablement, this versatile Project Lead will collaborate closely with global People teams and leaders to analyze and optimize People policies and processes across our international operations, helping to modernize employee experiences worldwide. As part of a creative and innovative global team, this role serves as a subject matter expert on efficient and effective operations. With a strong emphasis on accountability and consistency, this position supports our People culture, deeply rooted in data and insights. Job Responsibilities:

 

In close partnership with the People Partnering function your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

 

  1. Process Optimization
  • Collaborate with various teams to analyze People processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Facilitate process optimization workshops with People teams and stakeholders, create and continuously update workflows, and identify inefficiencies to drive improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline People operations and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain well-structured documentation for processes, procedures, and metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in HR processes, workflows, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

 

 

  1. Policy Analysis and Development:
  • Evaluate current People policies and procedures across the various countries and identify inconsistencies and gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all People policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.

 

  1. Project Management:
    • Lead and participate in global HR projects aimed at improving the People functions.
    • Manage timelines, track project progress, report on milestones and deliverables, and identifying potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Coordinate with People teams to ensure successful project implementation.

 

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze People data from different regions to identify trends and insights.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for People and business stakeholders.
    • Monitor key People metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of People initiatives.

 

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with People leaders and business partners to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Provide expert support to People teams on process-related matters and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between global People teams.

 

  1. Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all People processes and activities, minimizing legal risks and liabilities.

 

  1. Change Management: 
    • Conduct impact assessments to understand the implication of proposed changes on impacted stakeholders.
    • Lead change management efforts, developing engagement, communication, training strategies and plans.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

 

  1. Culture Change:
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the People function, fostering a mindset of agility, adaptability, and openness to change.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in People operations, or in a related role, with a proven track record of successful process improvements and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from People data.
  • Ability to compile multiple sources of information and present in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Familiarity with process mapping.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent, with experience in driving change initiatives.
  • Ability to think globally and develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Sense of urgency and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and with the ability to build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint), with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of small projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
