Paysafe is looking for an Onboarding and Deployment Specialist to join our team to drive growth within our SMB vertical.  This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a blend of 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week.

 

Position Summary

As an Onboarding and Deployment specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding our new Merchants and servicing our existing merchant base across our North America SMB teams.  You will ensure timely, accurate file build and deployment services for newly boarded accounts.  You will also provide troubleshooting and assistance with adding and editing terminal file builds and POS configurations to existing merchant accounts

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy terminal & POS devices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Meet daily productivity targets as established by management
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures as outlined in training sessions and documentation
  • Participate in additional training and refresher courses as needed
  • Meet or surpass 89% quality standards
  • Escalate issues to the management team and follow up on the status and progress
  • Other duties as assigned by team lead or manager

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Payments or a similar industry
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand complex processes
  • Ability to work across various systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using various tools and platforms, such as CRM, Salesforce, email, chat, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail
