Are you ready to make an impact? Join our team that is inspired by a unified vision and propelled by passion.  We are seeking a New Partner Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida.

 

Position Summary:

This is a senior level individual contributor position responsible for onboarding new Paysafe partners based in Jacksonville, Florida where you will have a blend of 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week. The Onboarding Specialist will own the partner relationship and be the partner’s main point of contact during the first ~30 days to ensure the partner is onboarded to Paysafe’s systems and oriented to all operational aspects of doing business with Paysafe. The Onboarding Specialist must develop relationships with each Business Development rep and partner to effectively identify and satisfy the partner’s onboarding and orientation needs in all areas, including but not limited to products, processing, technology, residuals, sales process, merchant acquisition, and portfolio management. With a focus on accountability, the Onboarding Specialist must be able to work proactively and with minimal direction to anticipate and resolve partner issues, coordinate with other internal departments, and manage those matrixed resources. The Onboarding Specialist will coordinate with the new partner and our Agent Sales team to work towards transitioning the partner to ongoing Partner Director support. Additionally, the Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a Salesforce queue of New Partner Onboarding cases which includes new partner setup and maintenance requests for all US Paysafe ISOs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as single point of contact for new partners and handle all partner requests
  • Establish relationships with Business Development team members to ensure seamless handoff of new partners
  • Assess new partner processing, training and support needs, develop the plan, align resources and lead its execution
  • Engage other Paysafe departments as needed to satisfy partner needs in areas such as processing or application customization, technology deployment, new products and marketing support
  • Establish periodic checkpoint reviews with Paysafe and partner to assess progress, identify issues, and plan for ongoing support transition
  • Responsible for communicating progress, status, and issues to the Business Development team and all internal stakeholders, and escalating issues promptly
  • Seamlessly transition partner from Partner Onboarding to their ongoing support
  • Maintain a queue of New Partner Onboarding and Maintenance requests
  • Participate in department and company initiatives as directed by management

 

Key Competencies:

  • Advanced knowledge of the payments processing industry and merchant acquiring business
  • Consultative customer focus with proven ability to establish and manage B2B relationships
  • Must be a highly motivated and accountable self-starter who can organize and prioritize work, engage in logical problem-solving, and organize cross-functional teams for discrete deliverables
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize, manage, and execute on concurrent deliverables
  • Ability to set partner expectations, manage escalations, and communicate with tact and authority
  • Ability to frame and solve problems with limited information and guidance
  • Dependable with strong follow through skills
  • Ability to handle difficult partner interactions with maturity, professionalism, and poise
  • Highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executive management within the partner’s and Paysafe’s organizations
  • Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical behavior throughout all partner and Paysafe dealings

 

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years Industry experience in a B2B client facing role in the financial services or the electronic payments industry
  • Project and data management experience a plus
