To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Intelligent Automation Analyst based out of our Jacksonville, Florida office. This role offers a hybrid work environment, where you will work a blend of 3 working days in the office and 2 working days remotely during the work week.
Position Overview:
As an Intelligent Automation Analyst within the Paysafe Automation team, you will collaborate with business subject matter experts, IT partners, and support teams within Paysafe group to scope, prepare, and consult on the execution and implementation of automation solutions- process automation (AI) to GenAI automation. This is a critical role to support our vision of accelerating digital transformation.
In this role you would work closely with the business to analyze their needs, determine suitability for automation, create clear process documentation, user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria. You would then be responsible for liaising with the delivery leads to ensure the automated solution not only accurately solves business need but also delivers meaningful and measurable business value.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Work closely with the AI and Automation Discovery Lead, Transformation, and Business Change teams to identify and prioritize manual business processes that are potential candidates for Automation.
- Partner with Business Process Owners to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation.
- Run workshops with business SMEs to walkthrough processes, capture keystroke mapping, and gather detailed requirements.
- Document the current state business processes by creating As-Is workflows and narratives.
- Critically evaluate As-Is workflows with a view to maximizing the use of automation by minimizing or eliminating manual steps.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing AI components to increase benefit to the business and reduce development time.
- From the As-Is, create clear and unambiguous Requirements and Process Design Documents that are easily signed off by business users and effectively shared with AI development teams.
- Create, document, and monitor test cases for to cover reviews for internal QA, and stakeholder UAT.
- Support existing automations by working with SME’s to identify, validate, and document change requests.
- Be a subject matter expert for each automation throughout the requirements gathering processes, developing an in-depth, end-to-end understanding of business rules, applications used, and exceptions
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- 4+ years of business process improvement experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis for AI automation processes
- 3+ Years of related experience in Payments and/or Banking knowledge is considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to switch contexts between highly technical and business-focused topics quickly and easily
- Ability to balance needs of many concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new concepts.
- Business Analyst Certifications with AI platforms (UiPath, IBM, Microsoft) are a plus
- Experience working with automation software technologies (e.g., GenAI, AI, IDP, NLP, ML)
- Knowledge of Excel, Visio and Word is required
