Position Summary
We are in search of a Finance Business Partner who will help provide financial insights and analytical decision support, maintain systems and databases, drive process improvements, track KPIs and initiatives, and provide day-to-day reporting and forecasting support within the FP&A team.
This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a hybrid working environment working a minimum of 3 days per week from our new HQ.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Group Finance team assisting in the management of the Corporate and Shared cost base, supporting the wider Finance team and the Paysafe Senior Leadership Team optimizing functional costs - providing reporting and analytics, which provide transparency and actionable insights.
What to Expect:
- •Business Function focus: responsible for the Finance, HR, Facilities and Management Board cost base
- Support the month end and quarterly reporting process, cost, and business performance reviews, feeding into the global reporting process
- Engagement with the Finance Shared Service Center and Legal Entity Controllership groups to identify underlying performance and gaps
- Control / analyze / report P&L & CAPEX Actuals: undertake monthly reviews against Budget and Forecasts with the senior leadership
- Identify key trends, risks and opportunities
- Monthly performance reviews with Corporate Function senior managers to review spend against forecast, with focus on third-party spend, ensuring:
- Alignment with Group Procurement
- Transparency of future commitments and cash-flow projections
- Support the group forecast process for Corporate Functions
- Quarterly forecasts / budget / long term plans/ ad-hoc financial analysis and reports
- Application of relevant accounting standards and controls to ensure continual application and alignment with global accounting policy
- Process: Focus on SOX and oversight of close procedure documentation and controls
- Provide analytical support to key stakeholders including the Senior Leadership Team, cost center owners and global Finance teams COE’s including Controllership, Tax and Treasury
- Production and presentation of regular value add reporting
- Identification and resolution of actions in order to ensure targets are achieved
- Review of Project Charters for Corporate Functions and oversight of Project, Program and Value Stream Spend
- Support Shared Allocation calculation process including communication and ownership with Corporate Functions Leadership Team, Segment Finance Teams and support for SOX and audit requirements
- Support continuous improvement/Automation of reporting, controls, insights and processes
- Ad hoc support to the VP Group Finance and the wider team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor Science degree in Finance or related field required
- Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience as a financial analyst at a high growth operating company; Finance business partnering experience is desired
- Comfortable to lead through change
- Advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, vlookups)
- Data Visualization (Power BI / Tableau) experience desired
- Experience with multi-dimensional databases such as Hyperion / Oracle systems
- Knowledge of bottoms up forecasting for revenue and/or expenses within a business unit
- Exceptional track record of self-motivation, independent thinking, problem solving, and continuous process improvement
- Familiarity working with and analyzing large data sets. We’re looking for a data guru who enjoys process management and working with efficiency and accuracy
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create new processes and adjust in-flight
- Demonstrable record of taking initiative, knowing what needs to be done, and executing with a sense of urgency, discipline and focus
