We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Leader for our South America region based out of our Jacksonville, Florida office.  This role sits in the global Corporate FP&A Finance function of Paysafe, a fast-paced and dynamic Fintech business.  The role is to lead the FP&A Reporting deliverables and team with a primary focus on supporting our LATAM business with monitoring financial performance, pricing strategies, analytics, new business advisory, and ad-hoc requests.  Ideally you will be bilingual in English and Spanish.

 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Finance team, providing consolidated metrics for use by Paysafe Senior Management, Exco and Board of Directors. As a senior member of the Global Finance team, you will also play a key part in developing and supporting more junior team members and driving an agenda of continuous improvement.

 

This role offers a hybrid work environment where you will have a blend of three in-office work days and two remote working days during the work week. 

 

The key areas of responsibility:

  • Line management responsibilities for the FP&A Reporting team
  • Thought leadership for FP&A processes and reporting – continuous improvement focused on data visualization and automation
  • Lead the processes for monitoring and tracking the Segments performance including Flash reporting and Business Reviews
  • Building strong working relationships with the LATAM Finance teams and wider finance team to facilitate the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycle by producing reports, analysis and presentation packs
  • Analytical support to key stakeholders including the Leadership Team, Board of Directors and Divisional Finance teams including FP&A, Controllership, Tax and Treasury
  • Support Investor Relations with the analysis and narrative for quarterly reporting
  • Lead the Regulated entity reporting process
  • Deliver high quality management information and performance measurements that are accurate, meaningful, and relevant
  • Ad hoc support to the business as required

Skills And Experience

  • Strong business acumen
  • Prior experience in a Global Finance Organization
  • Confident with complex concepts
  • A proven track record to initiate and lead change
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of HFM desirable
  • Knowledge of Planning tools highly desirable
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, vlookups. Macros non-essential but desirable).
  • Knowledge of Visualization tools desirable (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Extensive management accounting experience essential
  • Prior experience in Corporate FP&A within a global organization desired
  • Strong influencing and building relationship skills are a necessity
  • Experience of managing a team of Finance Professionals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or a related degree
  • At least 8 years of FP&A experience
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience leading teams
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • CPA or CMA certification is considered a plus
