Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Senior Technology Leadership
The Executive Assistant provides high‑impact, proactive administrative and operational support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and three Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) within Paysafe’s global Technology organization. This role is critical in enabling senior Technology leadership to focus on strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, platform modernization, engineering delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration across the business.
Operating in a fast‑paced, highly technical, global environment, the Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner, managing complex schedules, communications, and coordination across multiple senior leaders. The successful candidate is highly organized, discreet, and confident working with technical and executive stakeholders, with the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities effectively. Strong technical fluency is essential, enabling effective communication with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and platform teams.
The role follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week based out of the Jacksonville headquarters office.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage highly complex and dynamic calendars for the CTO and Technology SVPs, balancing strategic priorities, engineering delivery milestones, leadership commitments, and external engagements.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize time‑sensitive matters across multiple senior executives.
- Act as a gatekeeper for executive time, ensuring efficient information flow and effective decision‑making.
Meetings, Communications & Preparation
- Coordinate senior leadership meetings, offsites, architecture forums, and technical governance sessions, including agenda creation, briefing materials, and follow‑up actions.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and technical communications with a high level of accuracy and executive polish.
- Capture key decisions and actions from meetings and ensure timely tracking and completion across Engineering, Product, Security, and cross‑functional teams.
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel for the CTO and SVPs, including detailed itineraries, accommodation, and expense coordination.
- Anticipate logistical challenges and provide contingency planning to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact between Technology leadership and internal partners, senior executives, external vendors, and technical stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships across Technology, Product, Operations, Risk, and Corporate functions to support alignment and execution of priorities.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coordination across the executive leadership team.
Operational & Administrative Excellence
- Support operational needs such as document management, tracking deliverables, managing technical documentation workflows, and handling confidential information.
- Maintain leadership dashboards, trackers, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment across Technology and cross‑functional teams.
- Handle sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows, and efficiencies across the Technology organization.
- Own the consolidation and distribution of executive‑level reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), ensuring consistency, technical accuracy, and alignment.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior executives (C‑suite and/or SVP level) within a technology‑driven or global, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly technical environments, with strong technical fluency and comfort supporting engineering, product, or technology leadership.
- Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging at executive and technical leadership levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Expertise in AI‑enabled productivity tools a strong plus.
- Comfort working across time zones and coordinating with international stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and think proactively.
