To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team who will be responsible for delivering on the end to end recruitment process for hires across Paysafe Group in the US, primarily in the west coast region.  We are offering a flexible hybrid remote work schedule with this opportunity where you will have a blend of both remote working days and office days.  We are also flexible on location for this role where the TA partner can be based out of our Irvine, Westlake Village or Houston (The Woodlands) office in the US.  As a recruitment partner and trusted advisor with the business you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality recruitment needs across our US offices with a primary focus on delivering quality talent for Paysafe.  We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who is quality driven in their service approach within our dynamic and high-growth environment.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a first-class recruitment service for hires across the US, delivering on and exceeding KPIs, while bringing the highest quality candidates to the business
  • Recruiting and filling various functional roles that include, but are not limited to Accounting, Finance, Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations and Sales
  • Respond to hiring managers and other business stakeholders in a timely manner and develop strong relationships with local senior managers
  • Maintain a pro-active approach to stay up-to-date with developments in technology, especially those relevant to PaysafeGroup and the payments industry
  • Adapt quickly to changing demands of the business and initiate recruitment drives as necessary
  • Continually create, innovate, challenge norms and raise the bar for recruitment at Paysafe
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System updates and offer letter generation responsibilities for all US hires; Making offers of employment in accordance with budget and time frame requirements
  • Initiate regular meetings with Hiring Manager or Hiring Team to better understand vacancy requirements and gather all appropriate information for alignment on resource needs
  • Building compelling Job Descriptions and ads where necessary and opening all vacancies in the Global HRIS, Success Factors
  • Attaining relevant budget approval for vacancy requisitions
  • Managing external recruitment agency relationships from agreement of terms, organizing briefing calls and ongoing communication of live vacancies as needed
  • Review candidates for relevant experience, technical skills, soft skills and aptitude
  • Direct sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, prospecting, Indeed and other specialized job boards
  • Pre-screening candidates by conducting phone interviews
  • In-person interview management, coordination and participation
  • Managing background check and on-boarding process of New Joiners
  • Keeping all recruitment and New Joiner files up to date with accurate information
  • Identifying and participating in recruitment events such as, but not limited to networking events, group meetups, conferences (when permissible due to COVID)
  • Help promote and drive awareness and participation of recruitment programs such as $cout (referral incentive program)
  • Educate hiring managers on interview skills through workshops and recruitment process touch points
  • Brand ambassador of Paysafe to help attract quality talent for our growing business

 
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of strong corporate recruitment experience in a fast-paced and changing environment. Staffing or fintech industry experience is considered a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with Hiring Managers
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player with who understands and aligns with group objectives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally across global teams
  • Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, innovative and experience working across functional departments
  • Team minded
  • Proficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors is considered a plus) and Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Teams
