To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Accounting and SEC Reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare U.S. GAAP financial statements, disclosures and underlying supporting schedules, including Management’s Discussion and Analysis within Active Disclosure, to be included in the Company’s external interim and annual financial statements 
  • Prepare statement of cash flows 
  • Prepare U.S. GAAP Disclosure and SEC checklists 
  • Assist in data collection and preparation of share-based compensation analysis, goodwill and intangibles impairment analysis, M&A related transactions and other Group Accounting related analysis as needed
  • Perform technical accounting research for new or complex transactions and assist in drafting technical memos 
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors.  Support internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support and responding to inquiries.
  • Support the Company’s Investor Relation’s team through preparation of ad hoc analysis to support the earnings release process
  • Works closely with London-based team to ensure consolidation and close process supports US reporting requirements.  
  • Ad hoc support for London-based team in connection with automation of US GAAP financial statements in Hyperion and developing automated reporting solutions 
  • Participate in special projects by supporting management and the project team in various tasks

  • Recommends potential opportunities for new or improved processes, tools, services & techniques within the function.
  • Works on problems with some diverse scope, ranging in complexity
  • Uses judgment to conduct analysis of varying factors to find solutions 

You have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required 
  • 2 - 4 years of public company accounting experience 
  • CPA certification preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and Word
  • Good technical accounting skills. 
  • Some travel may be required in future
  • Strong background with SEC annual and interim filing and internal controls/GAAP practices/protocols

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or Active Disclosure is a plus

  • Masters degree
