We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial Global TA team based in Dublin. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to make a strategic impact on hiring outcomes and contribute to our thriving culture across the UK and Ireland. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team of eight, focused on attracting top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

How we work:

 

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office address is 15 George’s Quay, 1st Floor, Dublin, D02 VR98

  

The impact you will have:

 

  • Sourcing Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks to engage candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth logistics and clear communication.
  • System Management: Update and manage candidate data in SuccessFactors and monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company’s values and culture while engaging talent across all functions.
  • Compliance & Policy Alignment: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to internal policies and employment laws.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent experience.

 

What to expect next:
