How we work:

 

Our preference is for the job holder to follow our hybrid model of 3 days a week on average per week at our Dublin or London office.

 

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, stepping into a well-established role with significant ownership and visibility.

 

This position plays a critical role in leading retail distribution and operational marketing initiatives across key European markets. You will be responsible for safeguarding and evolving our physical retail presence, delivering high-impact POS programs, and managing complex regulatory and market communications in a regulated environment.

Sitting at the intersection of Commercial, Distribution, Creative, CRM, and Compliance teams, this role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the confidence to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

This is an opportunity to step into a mature, high-functioning remit with established processes — while bringing fresh thinking and leadership during a key transition period.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of retail and distribution marketing, including blister cards, POS assets, digital placements, and partner-facing materials.
  • Drive integrated POS launches across multiple channels (in-store, CRM, web, and partner communications).
  • Lead complex regulatory and operational communications, ensuring alignment across Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, Product, and CX stakeholders.
  • Oversee external vendors and print production, managing budgets, timelines, and quality control.
  • Manage recurring contractual and market obligations, ensuring consistent execution and compliance.
  • Act as the senior marketing lead for Distribution, providing strategic guidance and ensuring commercial alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve execution efficiency, and enhance retail impact.

 

Requirements

  • Educational degree in Marketing, or related field or experience in lieu of education, required.
  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within fintech, payments, retail distribution, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional marketing initiatives with high operational complexity.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance brand, compliance, and revenue objectives.
  • Confident stakeholder leader, comfortable influencing senior internal and external partners.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced international environment.
