The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Paysafe’s Entertainment portfolio. Acting as an external ambassador for Paysafe’s products, this role focuses on prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting clients through onboarding and go‑live. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams, meeting agreed sales targets, and providing guidance and support to other sales team members in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office hub location.   The office address is 15 George’s Quay, 1st Floor, Dublin, D02 VR98.

 

The impact you will have:

  • Serve as an external-facing ambassador for Paysafe’s product solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospective clients.
  • Deliver structured, compelling, and professional product presentations to potential clients.
  • Proactively prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and meeting generation.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Partner with new clients to manage onboarding, go‑live timelines, and marketing launch activities.
  • Understand client needs and position tailored solutions to maximize close rates.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone and email.
  • Educate clients on new product releases, enhancements, and promotional offerings.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal Merchant Support and Marketing teams.
  • Provide regular sales activity and pipeline updates to management.
  • Achieve agreed annual goals and performance objectives.
  • Grow the ecommerce merchant portfolio with a focus on onboarding large enterprise clients.
  • Support, train, and mentor newly onboarded sales team members.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Sales team colleagues as needed.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, required.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a high‑performing Sales or Business Development role, required; payments industry experience preferred.
  • Prior sales experience, ideally within Gaming and Entertainment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strong sales pipelines.
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, resilient approach to challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive, and collaborative environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and develop sustainable growth solutions for clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
  • Secondary education required.
  • Strong computer literacy and internet proficiency, including email, MS Office, and Windows OS.
  • Professional attributes include strong communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.
