To support the ever-changing marketplace and fuel continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly energized Head of B2B Marketing to join our growing team. Based in Dublin, this newly created position will drive the DW B2B campaign strategy, delivering always-on campaign optimization and ensuring cross functional alignment and enablement.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Work closely with the AM team to develop, nurture and leverage partnerships with existing merchants to drive new customer acquisition for the Skrill and NETELLER digital wallets.
  • Develop targeted co-marketing programs in key geographies to support the business performance and growth.
  • Work across teams to source, develop and improve content (e.g., key industry/competitive intelligence, sales narratives, product playbooks, customer success stories etc.)
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to drive a test, learn, and optimize cycles. Employ A/B testing and other experimentation strategies across all channels.
  • Liaise with global events team and cross-functional marketing leads on key events and support Skrill and NETELLER presence, as needed.
  • Manage and deploy program budgets to drive scale from our highest ROI channels.
  • Present marketing strategy and performance to senior stakeholders.

 

Your Profile:

  • 4+ years of successful B2B marketing experience related to lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, lead acquisition, or a related field.
  • Highly analytical and proficient with data to derive insights that shape strategy and tactics, with an open “test and learn” mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks including but not limited to Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics.
  • Experience running cross-functional projects including prioritization, budget management, performance reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Able to operate in dynamic environments, rapidly adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and project management experience, collaborating across Product, Design, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
