- Prepare and support regulatory submissions, RFSP updates, incident notifications, and periodic returns to the CBI.
- Contribute to CBI inspections, thematic reviews, and supervisory engagements.
Payments & E‑Money Compliance
- Provide subject matter expertise on operational, conduct, and prudential requirements applicable to e‑money issuance, payment services, safeguarding, and outsourcing.
- Review and advise on new payment flows, product changes, financial promotions, and customer journeys to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Support safeguarding oversight, audits, and assurance activities.
AML/CTF
- Support execution of the AML/CTF programme in line with the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Acts and CBI guidelines.
- Assist with AML business risk assessments, customer risk scoring methodology, and transaction monitoring enhancements.
- Provide guidance on escalations, SAR/STR filing processes, sanctions screening, and EDD requirements.
- Collaborate with the MLRO and Group AML teams on emerging risks, typologies, and policy updates.
Monitoring, Testing & Assurance
- Lead components of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, conduct thematic reviews, and monitor remediation activities.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management, risk committees, and group stakeholders.
- Assess compliance risks and maintain accurate risk registers for both regulated entities.
Policy Framework & Governance
- Maintain and update local compliance policies and procedures in alignment with group frameworks and CBI expectations.
- Support governance processes, including preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings.
Advisory & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted adviser to operational, product, risk, AML, prepaid, and commercial teams.
- Deliver compliance training tailored to payments, e‑money, AML/CTF, and CBI requirements.
- Ensure compliance considerations are integrated early in product and operational design
