Our preference is for the job holder to follow our hybrid model of 3 days a week on average per week at this office, in the heart of Dublin
Role Summary
The Consumer Operations Manager supports the Chief Operating Officer as a key enabler in executing company strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and above all, by putting Paysafe’s customers at the heart of everything we do.
The impact you will have:
- Responsible for the oversight and management of outsourced operations in respect of both Consumer and Merchant Operations for Digital Wallets (Skrill & NETELLER) Merchant Acquiring and Issuing as set out in the Paysafe Master Intercompany Services Agreement (MISA);
- Partner with the Vendor Management Team and Service Relationship Owners to ensure robust oversight and management of internal and external Outsourcing Service Providers (OSPs);
- Act as a key enabler of the PPSL Governance Framework by leading at the joint Operations Committee and representing the COO at other committees as requested by the COO;
- Strive to continually enhance the Governance Framework as it pertains to Operations and Outsourcing;
- Ensures any OSP performance issues are documented with clear Management Action Plans (MAPs) defined;
- Demonstrated knowledge and willingness to keep informed of regulatory guidelines outlined by the Central Bank of Ireland, the European Banking Authority and other regulatory bodies;
- Act as a Risk Champion for operations and outsourcing by contributing to the maintenance of the risk and control catalogues owned by the COO;
- Review and input into key policies, procedures, methodologies and frameworks owned by the COO;
- Responsible for ensuring all required Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIS) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) are defined in relation to services provided by OSPs;
- Lead on issue remediation as required with OSPs;
- Ensure all issues requiring escalation are brought to the attention of the EEA Chief Operating Officer, and in their absence to the CEO or a member of the PPSL1 Senior Management Team;
- Championing the voice of the customer in making any decisions relating to Operations;
- Maintain and foster relationships with OSPs as well as with the Risk, Finance, Audit, Legal/Regulatory, Product, Compliance functions both locally and within the Paysafe Group;
- Actively participate in and/or lead projects/initiatives as requested by the COO;
- Conduct analysis with a view to ensuring positive customer outcomes backed up by robust business processes.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience in governing 3rd party providers for outsourcing and internal operations
- Experience collaborating with internal departments (e.g risk, compliance, finance , audit)
- Project management expertise
