To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced VIP Manager for our US iGaming business to ensure strong relationship management and continued partnership with our existing clients.

As part of the account management team, the US iGaming VIP Manager will report directly to the VP Account Management USA, and will be responsible for both driving sales growth and profitability as well as providing the highest-level of service and support to Paysafe US iGaming partners and Skrill VIPs for building solid, long-term relationships in order to continuously grow and optimize existing portfolios. This role is complementary to our sales efforts and has a direct impact on future revenue. The ideal candidate will proactively handle the needs of the assigned partners and VIPs and will be accountable for determining the best ways to effectively promote, sell and manage the accounts to consistently grow revenue. The ideal candidate will bring experience and leverage industry contacts to target new growth opportunities. The position must create and retain partner and user loyalty by providing a differentiated experience through rapport and industry expertise. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager.
Position Summary

  • Initiate contact and target current and new VIP clients, introducing Paysafe’s range of products and solidifying partnerships, with a focus on Skrill
  • Thoroughly understand VIPs needs and work with leadership to define and execute expansion plans for sales growth
  • Provide white glove service to VIPs throughout the entire VIP lifecycle including onboarding, first time deposits, and subsequent deposits
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators’ VIP managers to ensure continued partnership
  • Build and maintain relationships with our highest value player database and cater to their needs
  • Demonstrate empathy and care with VIPs to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
  • Provide senior management with detailed reports to track progress of the VIP program
  • Demonstrable experience in consultative relationship building
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for players
  • Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to identify who is a VIP player and who needs expeditated service when requested
  • In partnership with the CRM team identify unique and creative ways to establish value for high end players
  • Enhance applicable workflows to better streamline processes and better service VIPs


  • Possess a university degree or equivalent in Commerce, Business Administration or in an equivalent field of study preferred; we will consider relevant experience in lieu of the expectations
  • You have prior experience (1+ years) in a sales or business development environment with aggressive sales target plus 2+ years account management/relationship management, ideally, but not limited to the US iGaming, online gaming, and online payments space.
  • You have demonstrated that you can provide effective, top notch customer account support and are driven and self-motivated to reach your targets.
  • You excel in a fast-paced environment and are able to meet deadlines.
  • You can work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills
  • You have strong follow-through skills and are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are comfortable with building mid to top management relationships within a client’s organization.
  • You are tech savvy, extremely customer service oriented, professional, resourceful, and have the patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations.
  • You demonstrate excellent enthusiasm and leadership, and a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment
  • You are extremely proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and have past experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
  • Experience presenting in front of clients will be considered important assets
  • Additional languages skills are a strong plus
