What would be your major responsibilities?

 

  • Preparing & delivering big + high impact projects end-to-end in a self-reliant manner (PMI priorities) by aligning the requirements with all involved stakeholders & breaking the working packages into granular user stories while working on the deliverables together with the engineering team. 
  • Driving alignment of the roadmap based on the company vision on an operational level through overseeing individual working packages for the team members & supporting to increase transparency within the agile ceremonies in collaboration with the engineering manager
  • Lead technical discussions to define and prioritize together with internal stakeholders & the Paysafe counterparts the development requirements & timelines for the barcode unit to assure smooth joined country go-lives while growing together as one team. 
  • Improve the collaboration between developers & product team regarding communication and efficiency together with the Engineering Manager by empowering the team to e.g. run an “agile project” while measuring the qualitative & quantitative results.  
  • Run internal product workshops to share domain knowledge, increase transparency, foster team feeling & educate general product techniques while documenting outcome on confluence/ Miro
  • Based on the company/ barcode unit vision derive together with the VP Product relevant OKRs for the Tech departments, create nested product OKRs and drive the execution

 

Is this you?

 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner at a bank or a Fintech, ideally in a B2B2C environment
  • You have a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Cognitive Science, Economics, Media Informatics, Human Factors
  • Full proficiency in English & German. Spanish would be a plus
  • You are passionate about restful APIs and drafting matching user flows
  • You have experience in working with agile methods like Scrum or Kanban
  • Ideally, you have previous work experience with SQL, HTML or CSS
  • You enjoy actively shaping a wide variety of tasks in a constantly growing environment
  • High data affinity, business focus including finance and accounting knowledge, pro-active mindset, team player, presentation skills
