We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our global distributor network. This role is key to secure our existing markets in the DACH region and expanding our international presence, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams.

How we work

The office is located on Budapester Str. near Kurfürstendamm with easy access via public transport links.

The impact you will have:

  • With a strong focus on Germany, collaborating with the Berlin team as part of the larger, globally distributed Distribution Team on Barcode, e-voucher products, and special projects such as Public Authorities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with national and international distributors, maintaining strong ties with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and acquire new distribution partners in existing and untapped markets to expand our point-of-sale (POS) network.
  • Drive upsell opportunities by introducing new products to existing partners.
  • Support contract negotiations for marketing promotions and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Partner Integration.
  • Deliver accurate sales reporting and forecasting to support strategic planning.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in international sales or export, ideally within financial services, e-payment, online, IT, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
