How we work:
The office is located in the Bikini Berlin building near Kurfürstendamm with easy access via public transport links. To foster team culture, we try as often as possible to meet in person in Berlin
The impact you will have:
Strategic & Relationship Management:
- Assist in driving and delivering the Group’s banking strategy plan.
- Support the Global Head of Banking Relationships in developing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of commercial bank relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, including regular contact with account managers and banking counterparts.
- Prepare internal and external presentations relating to banking initiatives and strategy.
Risk, Regulatory & Market Analysis:
- Undertake risk assessments of key markets, countries, and banks.
- Analyse changes to banking regulations and legislation to understand impact on Paysafe’s banking strategy.
- Maintain a comprehensive banking database, including fees, charges, and market information.
Operational Excellence:
- Provide ongoing reporting to business units on the banking environment, relationship status, and key banking activities.
- Support banking projects both internally and externally.
- Drive SWIFT connectivity and capabilities with banking partners.
- Maintain an overview of banking fees, charges, and operational conditions.
Leadership:
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to a team of Banking Managers, Analysts, and Specialists.
- Support continuous development of team members’ skills, performance, and knowledge.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Ideally holds a Degree or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking systems, clearing landscapes, and platforms, including SWIFT.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, energetic, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, and resilient.
- Ability to travel as required
