To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to develop and direct the strategic planning of multiple initiatives and to oversee coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully delivery value to the business.  The Senior Delivery Lead will work in close partnership with the Global Director of Payment Processing Project Delivery, in order to effectively represent the delivery org to the appropriate business owners and stakeholders.
 
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, energetic, organized, and confident team player who has experience coordinating technical projects.
 
This role may require travel including the U.S, Canada, UK, and Bulgaria. The candidate will be responsible for a team of Delivery Leads and project managers including both permanent and contracts.
 
Your responsibilities would include:

  • Value stream management of Paysafe’s Payment Processing projects
  • Manage a team of Project Managers in delivering outcome through a scaled agile framework
  • Work in tandem with the Global Delivery Director to collaborate with portfolio stakeholders and key Partners in Product and Development
  • Manage the communication with C Level management and senior stakeholders within the business regarding Payment Processing portfolio
  • Collect, monitor, and report Value Stream KPIs to monitor “end to end” flow health and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect, monitor and report OKRs (Outcomes and Key Results); the Value Stream / Initiative “value” outcome metrics, against targets
  • Review suitability of OKRs regularly (lagging & leading balance, correlation to value / outcomes & customer experience etc.) and conduct Value Stream Mapping 1-2 times a year.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Manage and approve Value Stream Financials (incl. Actuals by Initiative level, Forecast by VS Level, Change Control by Value Stream)
  • Facilitate key ceremonies (Quarterly Planning, Strategic PGB, SteerCos (where relevant), Value Stream Mapping)
  • Key Participant in key ceremonies (Product Planning, Team ceremonies, etc.)
  • Communicate all key initiative plans, roadmaps, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
  • Ensure tooling structure and KPI/OKR hierarchy is adhered to (eg JIRA, AHA, Jira AR, etc..) for Value Stream
  • Ensure mandatory framework / policy requirements are met (artifacts, approvals, signoffs, etc…)
  • Facilitate Resource Planning with Development and Product leads for Value Stream
  • Manage value stream impediments backlog for the continuous improvement of delivery within the Value Stream.
  • Implement and develop the Delivery Strategy for the Value Stream
  • Create Value Stream status reports
  • Escalation to Head of / Director of portfolio. Collaborate with Development and Product Managers/Owners to prioritize backlog
  • Effectively present, orally and in writing, proposals, progress reports and recommendations to the highest levels in the organization.
  • Implement and promote delivery framework and ensure framework compliance
  • Responsible for all aspects of the successful planning, delivery (on-time, on-budget, value delivery) and execution of assigned projects.
  • Host Delivery meetings, managing intake, prioritization of resources and risk mitigation
     

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • 3+ years’ experience in working with Agile teams
  • 3+ years’ experience managing a team / direct reports
  • PMI certification, or equivalent, is preferred (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)
  • SAFe certification a plus
  • Strong knowledge working with Microsoft Project
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Strategic in approach by understanding and address inter-dependencies and real issues
  • Clear verbal and written communication, great on reporting and problem solving
  • Organized and efficient in work process, ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Time management and Stress management

 
Preferred qualifications would include:

  • Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking industry
