To help us fuel accelerated growth, we’re looking for a high-energy and passionate Product Marketing Specialist to join the team. This individual will work closely with our third party and technology product teams to commercialize new offerings and update existing products and services through both our direct and indirect sales channels.

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to competitive positioning and differentiation versus the market and for each of our core personas, drafting and updating sales materials (sell sheets, videos, presentations, etc.), and driving excitement with the various sales channels through product launches.

 

While this role reports into marketing, the successful candidate will work closely with our product teams as well as sales and operational leadership to ensure that all teams have the information to support new products and updates. 

 

The right candidate has a technical background and a desire to grow in a business/product role. This person will be a dynamic individual, quick learner and be able to absorb industry and product knowledge rapidly to make immediate contributions to the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Messaging - develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market
  • Sales enablement – clearly articulate the value proposition of the products to each impacted sales team and develop sales enablement tools that support the selling process
  • Content development – create content for product collateral, video, web, and social media programs
  • Product launch – work with the respective product teams on the ‘last mile’ of commercialization planning to ensure we’re market ready well in advance of the anticipated go-live
  • Market intelligence – learn the challenges our customers face and how/what solutions solve these problems; be the expert on your competition and how to win

 

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Superior organizational and communication skills
  • Passionate thirst of knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Payments experience a plus, but not required
