Paysafe is seeking an Enterprise Consultant to join our Client Delivery Team who will help advise on product delivery and integrations with our ISV Platforms.


Merchants use the Paysafe processing service – trusted by businesses and consumers in over 200 countries to move and manage billions of dollars each year – to simplify how they accept and settle credit card, direct-from-bank, and cash payments; and the Paysafe payment account to increase margins, capture new customers, and increase their lifetime value. Position Overview:

Paysafe is currently recruiting for a dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic Enterprise Consultant to join our Client Delivery Team who will be responsible for acquiring and supporting the Paysafe payment platforms sales and integrations during times of rapid company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales effectiveness by providing business and technical pre-sales support to the sales team when meeting with prospects. The candidate will supplement their expertise with many traits strong salespeople possess. You will determine the business and technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups.



  • Provide pre-sales support by accompanying the sales team to meetings with prospects; This typically involves sales-oriented presentations to prospective and existing clients, providing product demonstrations and using a whiteboard session to meet the client’s requirements through discovery-phase exercises
  • Deliver client-focused consulting around the successful and efficient implementation of Paysafe Payment’s Products and services Ask probing questions to ensure you understand the needs of the client to be able to propose best solution
  • Build demos for all products and back end portals to be used during technical sales calls
  • Articulate complex technical terms or processes into business language and assist in architecting solutions that meet the client’s use case
  • Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process
  • Work with the sales team as key Product advisor and advocate for all products
  • Produce clear and precise documentation for clients based on business and functional requirements to ensure successful deployment of the Paysafe's products and services
  • Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Paysafe’s products through research and testing to act as subject matter expert with prospective customers
  • Own feedback loop back into product organization based on learnings from discussions with clients around the competitive landscape and what the market is looking for
  • Provide proposal support to the sales team by completing the business, technical and functional sections of RFI and RFP response documents
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Assist clients with payment system integration projects with our APIs
  • Participate in requirements definition, design, and roll out of new products and services including quality assurance and functional requirements
  • Work with the Product Development team and other cross-functional team members to support product roll-outs and provide input on future feature sets and capabilities.
  • Track all discovery calls and active integrations in designated company CRM and provide monthly executive reporting on pipeline
  • Work with business leaders across all regions and markets to identify customer needs, capture business requirements, and work with IT to create and implement the global payment gateway strategy
  • Engage with current customers, potential customers, and sales staff to solicit feedback on the payment gateway features to build and maintain a global 1 – 3 years product roadmap for Paysafe’s card present solution
  • Understand competitive offerings identifying strengths and weaknesses of the Paysafe offering compared with other products in the market
  • Work with Finance to create the business case to support the needed development work during concept phase, identify KPIs, and monitor both financial and product effectiveness during the entire product life cycle
  • Stay current with payment market trends in payment industry with focus on the ISO, ISV, and Direct channels as well as emerging payment types
  • Follow and enhance the Paysafe Product Development methodology

  • Have demonstrated success in managing products across the product management life-cycle from new product concepts to product retirement and sunsetting


Education, Experiences and skills:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales support, Sales consulting and/or payments sales
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in technical/product support, technical sales support, and/or payments sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; educational focus in the field of engineering or technical support a strong asset
  • Demonstrated success bringing products to market from concept to market roll-out
  • Ability to work with development teams to create new or enhance existing platforms
  • Have demonstrated success in managing products across the product management life-cycle from new product concepts to product retirement and sunsetting
  • Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem and payments including network and country specific regulations across all supported regions
  • Experience giving customer sales presentations at all levels, including company executives
  • Solution driven, able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently, able to work alone or in a team, able to work with no supervision and under pressure
  • Excels in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills are essential
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients
  • Demonstrate ability to articulate complex technical terms or processes into business language
  • Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer and partner expectations
  • Demonstrated success in customer and partner relationship management
  • You are motivated, think outside of the box, and understand the purpose of process and procedures
